University residence in Cartagena

The reservation fee is €250 and on August 1st you must pay a deposit to the value of one month’s rent without any discount. In the event you aren’t admitted to a local university, your reservation fee will be refunded as long as you go to study in a city where we don’t have a residence and you provide us with evidence of this before July 31st.

Our university residence in Cartagena is a new space in the Murcian city, located only 120 metres from the Universidad Politécnica de Cartagena. We have 239 rooms with high-speed Wi-Fi, all designed to guarantee residents’ wellbeing and comfort.

We have different types of stay: the whole academic year, and periods of months or days. For group rentals, short-term and/or summer, get in touch with us for information on availability.

You can choose to live with your friends by selecting the same apartment or double room number when you book. Keep in mind that being able to choose your roommates is subject to availability, so it’s best to book as soon as possible.

When making your booking you must choose between three room options, all with bathrooms: single, double or triple. The price also includes weekly room cleaning and a change of bedding and towels. To ensure our university accommodation adapts perfectly to your needs, we offer three types of meal plan: full-board, half-board or breakfast only.

Visitors are allowed during the day. Guests cannot stay overnight in the residence without prior permission from the management.

Facilities for our residents include study rooms, a games room, dining hall, cafeteria, gym and laundry room. By living in our Cartagena residence you can also access micampus Club, a service exclusively for our residents, which offers a wide variety of benefits such as monthly medical check-ups, nutritional plans and personal monitoring, training sessions or language classes.
