The reservation fee is €200 and on August 1st you must pay a deposit to the value of one month’s rent without any discount. In the event you aren’t admitted to a university in Seville, your reservation fee will be refunded as long as you go to study in a city where we don’t have a residence and you provide us with evidence of this before July 31st.

We have different types of stay: the whole academic year, and periods of months or days. For group rentals, short-term and/or summer, get in touch with us for information on availability.

You can choose to live with your friends by selecting the same apartment number or double room when you book. Keep in mind that being able to choose your roommates is subject to availability, so it’s best to book as soon as possible.

Visitors are allowed during the day. Guests cannot stay overnight in the residence without prior permission from the management.

I lived in this residence for a year when I was teaching in Gines. My experience couldn’t have been better: the accommodation was very comfortable, clean, well-equipped (it had everything), spacious and in a fantastic location for my job and very close to Seville. I was particularly grateful for the work of Manolo, the manager, who was so professional and friendly it made me like the residence even more.

My favourite things about the residence are how close it is to the university and the reasonable price, but I’m also very happy with my room because it has everything I need.
