The reservation fee is €200 and on August 1st you must pay a deposit to the value of one month’s rent without any discount. In the event you aren’t admitted to a university in Seville, your reservation fee will be refunded as long as you go to study in a city where we don’t have a residence and you provide us with evidence of this before July 31st.

We have different types of stay: the whole academic year, and periods of months or days. For group rentals, short-term and/or summer, get in touch with us for information on availability.

You can choose to live with your friends by selecting the same apartment number or double room when you book. Keep in mind that being able to choose your roommates is subject to availability, so it’s best to book as soon as possible.

Visitors are allowed during the day. Guests cannot stay overnight in the residence without prior permission from the management.

I’ve enjoyed my Erasmus stay in Seville and I’ve loved living in Estanislao, the dining hall food is very good and the facilities are spectacular. The staff have always been very friendly, which has made me feel welcome.

I believe this residence is one of the best in Seville. The facilities and the cleaning service are excellent. The rooms are equipped with everything you need. They have a sink, fridge, air-conditioning and heating. The kitchen is very convenient as it has two hobs and a sink. The gym is the best facility in the residence. It’s equipped with a great variety of machines. You can train different muscle groups and do all kinds of exercise.

A nice place, good location, it looks good, it’s well-maintained and, above all, very clean. The best thing is that the single rooms have their own bathroom and kitchen, which is perfect when you want to relax and study. Excellent service from staff. I recommend it to everyone who likes peace and quiet and comes here to study.

I’ve been living in the residence for 2 years and I’ve managed to make many friends, it’s an experience that I’d recommend to everyone and more so if you’re coming to Estanislao!! Moreover, the food is fantastic and is adapted to intolerances and allergies, the service from the dining hall staff is excellent.

Being able to go to the pool and gym before going to class is great, the facilities in the residence are what makes it stand out from the rest. And the staff are always happy to help. I highly recommend living here during your time at university.
