If you would like to reserve your place in our university residence in San Mamés, you must pay €250. And on August 1st you must pay a deposit to the value of one month’s rent without any discount.
And if you aren’t admitted to a local university, your reservation fee will be refunded as long as you go to study in a city where micampus don’t have a residence. Moreover, you must notify us of this change before July 31st.

In our university residence in San Mamés we offer three types of stay: the whole academic year, and periods of months or days. We also offer stays for groups, but these must be short-term or in summer. Get in touch with us and check our availability!

Yes, in the micampus San Mamés university residence you can live with your friends. To do so you have to select the same apartment or double room number when you book.
Remember: our availability is subject to demand. The sooner you book, the greater the chance you can be together!

At micampus San Mamés (Bilbao) visitors are allowed during the day. If you want to invite a friend or family member to stay overnight you must get prior permission from the management.
