The reservation fee is €250 and on August 1st you must pay a deposit to the value of one month’s rent without any discount. The reservation fee will be refunded if you aren’t admitted to the university and you have to go to a city where micampus doesn’t have residences, as long as you tell us about your change in circumstances before July 31st.

We offer different types of stay: the whole academic year, and periods of months or days. For group bookings, short stays or summer bookings, contact us to check availability.

You can live with friends by choosing the same apartment or double room number when you make your reservation. Remember that availability depends on demand, so we recommend you book as soon as possible.

Visitors are allowed during the day. Guests cannot stay overnight without prior permission from the management.

Unbeatable location. Very friendly staff. The residence is recently refurbished, the rooms are very spacious with Smart TV, new bathroom and with everything you could want, even a terrace. One of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in.

It’s location is unbeatable, it’s almost opposite the Santa María gate and the Paseo del Espolón. Large room, nice decoration, large flat screen TV, fridge, spacious bathroom. All the reception staff were very helpful and excellent value for money. Pets allowed.

Located right in the city center. Recently and tastefully refurbished. The bed was incredibly comfortable! We chose it because it allows you to bring pets. I recommend it 100%. The staff were the best: 10/10!

Everything is very new, the staff are very helpful and the location is in the center of Burgos. A very pleasant environment, the rooms are clean and everything is secure. The building is very nice and the staff were very friendly. It’s easy to park in the surrounding areas and the city is just the other side of the river.

This will be my second year in the residence and I couldn’t be happier. There are lots of activities, the atmosphere is great and the director makes communal living very pleasant. Thank you!
