The reservation fee is €200 and on August 1st you must pay a deposit to the value of one month’s rent without any discount. In the event you aren’t admitted to a university in Lugo, your reservation fee will be refunded as long as you go to study in a city where we don’t have a residence and you provide us with evidence of this before July 31st.
The price of our university residence includes a full-board meal plan, room cleaning twice a week and a change of bedding and towels every week. Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, heating, television, electricity and water are included in the final price, as well as the exclusive service micampus Club.

We have different types of stay: the whole academic year, and periods of months or days. For group rentals, short-term and/or summer, get in touch with us for information on availability.

You can choose to live with your friends by selecting the same apartment or double room number when you book. Keep in mind that being able to choose your roommates is subject to availability, so it’s best to book as soon as possible.
Our micampus Lugo university residence is on the Lugo campus of the Universidad de Santiago de Compostela and has 64 rooms with lounge and kitchen. A spacious place in which you can choose a single or shared room, or an apartment just for you.

Visitors are allowed during the day. Guests cannot stay overnight in the residence without prior permission from the management.
Our communal areas include study rooms, a gym, dining hall, games rooms, laundry room and car park.

The food is honestly fantastic and we’re never left hungry, the dining hall is large and the meal times are great for those who have classes in the morning or the afternoon. The atmosphere is also very good, we do lots of activities and we all know each other which makes living together much easier.

The rooms are enormous apartments and you have a lot of independence which is greatly appreciated, and for being a resident you get free passes to the gym opposite the residence.

It’s a student residence which is very well located, with modern facilities and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

The location of the residence is incredible, very close to the university and surrounded by bars and restaurants, and there are also various supermarkets close by and it’s only 10 minutes to the city centre.
