First, you must pay a booking fee of €250. Then, on August 1st, you must pay a deposit for our student residence in Aranjuez, which is the same amount as one month’s rent without any discount.
However, if you are not admitted to a Madrid university and you go to study in a city where micampus doesn’t have any residences, as long as you notify us before July 31st, you will be reimbursed the booking fee.

A positive experience!! I’ve been living there since September and I’m very happy! The university is nearby, my room is spacious and the other residents are very friendly. It’s true that the staff aren’t around 24 hours a day, but when I’ve needed something they’ve got it for me very quickly. I recommend it.

The residence is truly amazing, the rooms are new, spacious and equipped with everything I need. Various study rooms, laundry room, gym … and the kitchen is very well divided for the students to use. The customer service is 10/10, when we’ve called, visited and when we’ve had questions.

I’ve been living here a short time but this residence is a 10. Inside the residence has communal areas such as the gym, kitchen, lounge (with table tennis, table football, TV with sofas, etc.), a large dining hall, library, etc. Everything is very well-maintained and cleaned daily. Nearby you’ll find various supermarkets, restaurants, bars, the URJC, the bus to Madrid, banks, etc... all in less than a 10-minute walk. Oh and we can’t forget the residence staff who are available 24 hours a day. Inside we are one big family :)
