The reservation fee is €200 and on August 1st you must pay a deposit to the value of one month’s rent without any discount. In the event you aren’t admitted to a university in Valencia, your reservation fee will be refunded as long as you go to study in a city where we don’t have a residence and you provide us with evidence of this before July 31st.

We have different types of stay: the whole academic year, and periods of months or days. For group rentals, short-term and/or summer, get in touch with us for information on availability.

You can choose to live with your friends by selecting the same apartment number or double room when you book. Keep in mind that being able to choose your roommates is subject to availability, so it’s best to book as soon as possible.

Visitors are allowed during the day. Guests cannot stay overnight in the residence without prior permission from the management.

A great choice for anyone who wants to share their living space with friendly people, both the other residents and staff. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious both for one person or two. The communal areas are well-maintained and well-equipped. The staff are very friendly and welcoming as well as hard-working. They enjoy their jobs. For anyone coming to study at university, the residence’s location is very good. When it comes to leisure time, it’s easy to get to the metro and tram to go to the train stations and beach.

Fantastic location for Burjassot students. Our son is studying gastronomic sciences and can get to the faculty in two minutes and also views the residence as his home. We are very happy, above all with the customer service. The facilities are OK, they have air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, a small kitchen, they could improve them a little, but the people make up for it.

Good location. Convenient for going to campus and good facilities but the best thing is the staff who work in the residence who make day-to-day life easy.

The campus is 200 metres from the pharmacy faculty on foot and a 5-minute drive to Valencia. The rooms with bathroom and kitchen are perfect. The reception staff are wonderful. Highly recommended.
