To reserve a place the booking fee is €250. Then, on August 1st, you must pay a deposit, which is the same amount as one month’s rent without any discount. The booking fee will be reimbursed if you are not admitted to the university, you go to study in a city where micampus doesn’t have any residences, and you notify us of your change in circumstances before July 31st.

You can live with your friends if you choose the same apartment or double room number when you book with us. But remember that availability depends on demand, so it’s best to book as soon as possible.

Visitors are allowed during the day. But if your guests want to stay overnight, you must have prior permission from the management.

Residents in any of our Wynwood micampus residences can use the facilities in the 10 buildings which make up the new university neighborhood.
